MC Nassogne was born in Namur, Belgium. Se received the Medical Degree (Docteur en médecine, chirurgie et accouchement) and the Ph.D. degree from the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL), Louvain-en-Woluwé, Belgium, in 1992 and 1997, respectively. She was board certified in Neurology in 1999,board certified in Pediatric Neurology in 2001 and board certified in Rehabilitation in 2003. From 1992 to 1996, MC Nassogne was a Research fellow of the “Fonds National de la Recherche Scientifique, FNRS” in the Cell Biology Unit, Professeurs P. Baudhuin et P.J. Courtoy, International Christian de Duve Institute, Université catholique de Louvain, Bruxelles.From 1998 to 2001, she was a clinical assistant in the Metabolic Unit of Prof Saudubray in Paris. Since 2006, she is the head of the Pediatric Neurology Unit of the Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc in Bruxelles.
