Short Bio: Enrique Landelino “Lande”, was born in Alcalá la Real, in Southern Spain, in 1979. He studied Law, Political Sciences and Sociology, International Business Administration, International Law, and Humanitarian Leadership in different Universities in Spain, The Netherlands and Switzerland.Â
He started his career working on International Trade, then moved to International Development Cooperation, and settled-down as a humanitarian worker, currently working for the International Committee of the Red Cross protecting and assisting people affected by armed conflict. He has worked in several countries such as Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, South Sudan, Myanmar, Venezuela, Colombia, Senegal, Namibia, the US, Spain and others.
He is the father of Nina, a young girl living with GSD1b, and he is a passionate rare-disease patients’ advocate. He raises awareness and support research through fundraising campaigns via the platform www.ninalaguerrera.org
