On the occasion of Fabry Awareness Month, in April, the Antwerp University Hospital (UZA) and MetabERN will host a Fabry Disease Day event on 28 March 2026 in the Maison de la Poste, Brussels, Belgium.
International experts, including Dr. Uma Ramaswami (Royal Free Hospital), Dr. Guy Hans (Antwerp University Hospital), and Dr. Valentine Gillion (Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc), will share their 360° perspective on Fabry disease.
The event’s program features focus sessions on heart, kidney, patient follow-up, and transmural care. It also includes pitch sessions on home support tools and interactive workshops such as the Fabry board game, the Fabry family tree builder, and autohypnosis. The sessions will be held in different languages. The organisers will provide translation where possible.
Attendance is free, but registration is mandatory. Don’t miss this unique chance to enhance your understanding and connect with experts and peers in the field of Fabry Disease.
