The MetabERN Annual Board Meeting 2025 is scheduled for 6 – 8 November in the beautiful city of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Building on the success of last year’s meeting in Budapest, the Annual Board Meeting 2025 promises to be an insightful and highly engaging scientific event for our network. It will feature inspiring talks and highlights of our actions and future plans. As always, the participation of our member centres representatives and patients’ organisations will be a driving force towards a comprehensive and collaborative discussion.
The three-day meeting will feature discussions about the ongoing activities of our network, with members presenting alongside external speakers who will highlight current European projects and international collaborations in the rare diseases field. Presentations of high scientific and institutional value are expected to enhance this valuable event, which marks the 8th year of our network. Topics led by MetabERN members will cover collaboration with patient representatives, education and training activities, the U-IMD Registry, subnetwork activities, clinical practice guidelines, and emergency protocols. Additionally, external speakers will provide insights on the European ongoing projects and other relevant projects involving our network.
The meeting serves as a crucial platform for collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and inspiration for the MetabERN community to connect and strengthen collaboration. By attending the meeting, our member centres and patient organisations representatives not only will get information from leading experts in various fields, but they will also be able to engage in meaningful discussions that could shape the future of the rare metabolic diseases field in Europe.
