MetabERN Annual Board Meeting 2024
Get ready for the upcoming MetabERN Board Meeting! This year the meeting will be held from 27th to 29th November in the beautiful city of Budapest, Hungary. It will be a valuable opportunity for our network to come together, exchange insights, and work towards our shared mission of enhancing collaborative care and elevating healthcare standards for individuals with inherited metabolic diseases (IMDs) in Europe. The Board Meeting is the occasion for MetabERN members to forge impactful connections and shape the course of future collaborations and initiatives.
This year’s sessions at the MetabERN Annual Meeting promise to cover an array of compelling topics, including opportunities for collaboration with the Unified Registry for Inherited Metabolic Disorders (U-IMD), Emergency Protocols, Guidelines, and decision-making tools, MetabERN’s Newborn Screening Programme, Artificial Intelligence and IMDs, Education and Training in IMDs, and collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Additionally, dedicated sessions will delve into the various MetabERN subnetworks. In addition to the formal sessions, there will be ample opportunities for networking and informal discussions, interactions often lead to innovative ideas and partnerships that can significantly impact our work.
We are excited about the potential outcomes of this year’s Board Meeting and confident that together, we will continue to make adsvances in the field of inherited metabolic diseases.
