Due to the evolving public health risk associated with the worldwide outbreak of the Coronavirus, we regret to inform you that we have decided to postpone to a new date the Annual MetabERN Board meeting planned for April 2nd-4th, 2020 at the Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Airport.
We apologise for any inconvenience this necessary change might cause you, we are sure you understand and support our decision.
Unfortunately, we cannot propose a new time slot right now, but we will aim to reschedule the event as soon as the situation improves later this year.
As you know the Board Meeting, besides being a mandatory event which needs to be reported to the EU, is a unique opportunity to share and discuss with you the progress of our programme which is now entering in the most delicate phase of the last half.
For this reason, we will anyway try to organise virtual meetings via WebEx in order to discuss at least some important activities.
Therefore, we would like to ask you to keep saved in your agenda the dates of the 2nd and the 3rd of April. We will send you in the next days the agenda of the proposed Webex topics.
