Join the 2025 ERNDIM-EQA Schemes: Registration Now Open
ERNDIM is an independent, not-for-profit foundation that has been providing External Quality Assurance (EQA) schemes for inborn errors of metabolism since 1994. Initially established as a European organization, ERNDIM has expanded to include over 400 participants across 62 countries, with approximately 41% of participants based outside Europe.
The primary mission of ERNDIM is to reach a consensus among European Biochemical Genetics Centres on standardized and reliable procedures for diagnosing, treating, and monitoring inherited metabolic diseases. This is achieved by offering quality control schemes that operate according to established norms on a European-wide scale, recognizing that the number of laboratories within a single country may be insufficient for comprehensive and reliable performance assessment.
Registrations for the 2025 ERNDIM EQA schemes opened on the 30th September and will close on 5th November 2024.
Current participants have been provided with registration details for the upcoming schemes. Laboratories not currently subscribed can join the 2025 EQA schemes by contacting admin@erndim.org.
The ERNDIM EQA Scheme Catalogue, which includes detailed information and pricing for each scheme, is available for download on the EQA schemes page. For further inquiries, please contact admin@erndim.org.
