The next training meeting “NS2 – New Challenges, New Services” will be held on April 5-6 in Rome at the UNIAMO headquarters, located at Via Nomentana, 133.
The meetings aim to share our experience in helpline services – listening, information and guidance services for rare diseases – and provide tools for patient associations to better interpret the role of active listening and empathy required by this type of service. The program also includes in-depth sessions on Essential Levels of Care (LEA) and European Reference Networks (ERNs).
The final opportunity to participate in this training will be May 10-11 in Turin.
