Rita Francisco (MSc Molecular Genetics) is finishing her PhD focused on better understanding immunological involvement in CDG using a people-centric approach. Her work is developed within the patient-led research network CDG & Allies – PPAIN, (http://www.researchcdg.com/). Rita is also an EUPATI Fellow passionate about science communication and who believes people-centricity can revolutionize research (and much more!).
